So a few weeks ago I was craving some really chocolatey fudgy #brownies, but I didnt wanna spend all day in the kitchen, couldn't order it from anywhere because we were under lockdown - #Covid19!
So, without having any choices left, I went in the kitchen and whisked up a #quick, really #easy batch of brownies. These were so so so fudgy! Please try them!
Yields - 2 x 9 inch tins
Cooking time - 10 mins
Prep time - 15 mins

Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup sugar
200 g chocolate
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate malt
4 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 hot milk
Method
Melt butter with oil
Add sugar and whisk until dissolved
Melt chocolate in the mixture
Whisk in cocoa powder and malt till smooth
Whisk in 4 eggs till a uniform batter is formed
Fold in sieved flour, at this stage the batter will get super thick - But you ought not to worry my dear culinary enthusiast!
Fold in hot milk and voila! - your brownie batter is ready.
Bake on 250 for 7 - 10 mins ( if you like them a little set)
Bake on 200 for 10 -12 mins ( if you like your brownies a little soft and gooey)
Let it cool, cut and DEVOUR!
PS: You should sneak in some pieces of #chocolate (or chocolate chips) into the batter right before you pour it in the #baking sheet!
