#Ramadan is just around the corner, all around the world muslims are going to fast this month. From sunrise to sunset - and they break the fast by eating dates.
The reason #dates are the first food they eat is because it is packed with #nutrients, and gives an #instantenergy boost after a long day of #intermittentfasting.
Ingredients
2-3 tbsp Cream cheese
1 tbsp Chopped pistachios
1 tbsp Chopped almonds
1 tbsp Dessicated coconut
Method
Slit the dates from the middle, lengthwise - making sure not to cut them in half.
De seed and set them aside
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, nuts, and coconut
Fill the dates, refrigerate, and serve cold!
